You didn't lose any muscle in 6 days.. it takes weeks/months to lose significant muscle.. most likely water weight from your muscles due to them not needing it to repair them from you not lifting for a week.

Really??? Think you need to eat.. Hours in the gym isn't going to get you anywhere if you don't eat correctly.. like 2000 more calories.

Talk to a Doctor, and gain some weight and start lifting instead of cardio cause your lean muscle mass is all gone.
-
How about 1800-2000 everyday.
-
Try feeding your body... your at a decent weight for your height so get off the 1200 calories and start eating for results.
-
Nope, I have been a gym rat for most of my late teen/adult life.. best thing I ever did was to educate myself about nutrition and what your body needs in order to do certain things (lose/gain/maintain) and then apply that to my daily activity and figure out how my body works.. I actually cancelled my gym membership and…

It depends, if you start a decent workout routine with strength training and cardio.. mix in a good diet of veggies, less fried foods (than most of us eat before starting) and start to drop weight, you should see some better numbers on your next check up (so 6 months to 1 year) if you continue with it.. the blood pressure…

I went from p90x to Insanity.. so it just seemed like everyday was plyo x day.. its not too bad just stick with it and take small breaks when needed... until you don't need to anymore.
-
Try this, and give it more than a week... like 8
-
takes longer and requires more expensive items normally than a scale.. plus they use BMI still which is based off height/weight... just goes to show you that most doctors know nothing about nutrition.
-
water weight...
-
Just how it is.. it will eventually get there.
-
you target 1200 calories a day PLUS your exercise calories? Or 1200 calories a day including your exercise calories?? One of those is the correct method to try.
-
You still have that mentality.. let me guess 1200 calorie restriction, 1-2 hours a day in the gym... 15 lbs in 8 weeks is a difficult goal if you lost your water weight already.
-
Yes

Most people don't see results doing Insanity until the second month... you are not eating too much... fire your nutritionist if they tell you to eat 1250 calories doing Insanity and being 5'5.

At a certain point you won't be able to exercise off bad eating habits.. your at that point.. time to get serious with your eating habits and calorie counts. I think you know what needs to be done.
