Eat more than your BMR, less than your TDEE.. your BMR is if you sat around all day.. TDEE is with your activity to maintain weight..

here I will make it simple.. dont lower calories.. if you continue losing.. continue that calorie number until you no longer lose anything.. then lower by 100 and continue... rinse and repeat!

Even though some people frown upon it.. if you have a Kohl's around you.. (or other stores) they do returns no questions asked.. so just keep the receipt.. lose weight.. exchange for smaller size.. Just saying.

lifting weights isn't gender based.. sure it might be male focused, but that doesn't mean following their routine won't help you.. I am sure the book has calorie conversions for woman as well as men as most beachbody nutrition guides do.. if not just follow the standard beachbody fomula you can find just by googling

lifting weights probably helps people more in a deficit than just cardio.. and of course eating correctly for your activity level.

5'11 and 184lb male.. ya its gonna be a slow road from here on out just so you know... Get a food scale (don't think your using one) and then you will really see how much your eating... The calories are right although you could probably eat more.. and trying something for 2 weeks isn't nearly long enough.

No food scale (I know its hard at college) and if your eating back exercise calories probably means your eating too much and overestimating your exercise calories... its hard with no food scale... I know you don't eat red meat, but your protein number is really low..

2 lbs over a weekend... dont even worry about it.. you lost 80 lbs and this is the first time the scale jumped?? I find it hard to believe.

Move more, eat less.. Read about TDEE, BMR, water weight, fluctuations etc.. then just experiment with calorie numbers.. you don't need to restrict yourself to lose weight.. you just need to find your correct numbers.

pick what works for you, not what other people tell you.. if you can't do 5:2 then don't.. You will probably be hungry at first but you adapt.. but you can just do 7 days with a deficit to get the same results.
