Cons Definitely hanging round with people much than you who have a higher calorie allowance. Thanks! I'm definitely gonna try it. Everyone preaches that you shouldn't eat below 1200 but I know it isn't realistic for me to eat below 2000 a day on the weekends so I'm gonna have to make up for it by reducing my calories through the week somehow.

Yeah I definitely wouldn't usually weigh myself twice in the same day. I plan on doing it once a week, on the same day, first thing in the morning. I just did it today with having just bought the scale to test it out because the last one I got was faulty. Just wondering if the difference was normal..
