I use a SPIbelt and just keep the corner unzipped for the wire to come out. Works great and the SPIbelt doesn't bounce.

I eat plain Greek yogurt all the time and this is how - I cut up a Red Delicious apple and mix it with 1/2 cup of yogurt, 1 T honey and top it with cinnamon. You can also add some walnuts in it if you want. It is SO GOOD!!!!!! Enjoy!

Turbo Fire is my "Soulmate Workout"!!! I LOVE it. Once you get the moves down it is so much fun and it burns TONS of calories!! I did it last year because Chalene is my favorite motivator. I am currently doing Insanity, but I really miss Turbo Fire. I highly recommend it!!

I have a chocolate Shakeology every morning for breakfast. Sometimes I put fruit in it, but usually I just have it plain. It is DELISH, only 150 calories AND it fills me up and gives me my vitamins for the day!!!!

I too love my Fitbit, but I mainly use it to track my daily steps. I have a HRM that I use when I workout. That gives me more accurate numbers. It is encouraging and helps me to compete with myself on steps taken! Love it!
