I went on a trip with a few friends and had a wonderful time. When a few of them shared the pics on FB, I barely recognized myself in the pictures. I was literally embarrassed, but realized that I had to do something about it.

I'm 5ft tall and would like to lose inches. It's hard to say that I will lose weight as I do a lot of strength training. It didn't take long for me to realize that I shouldn't weight myself as it is not a direct reflection of my progress. Measurements and pics will have to do right now.

Hmmm...I was just about to start a second round of 30 DS. The first time I did it, I lost 1 lb to 1.5 lbs per week which was good enough for me. I only worked out 3-4 days a week. It took me almost 2 months to finish. By the end of it, I lost 10 lbs. I am starting to wonder if I will get the same results the second time…

This is what I did. I watch Carbs, protein, fat, sodium and iron (borderline anemic). I used to care about sugar, but I find that if I am way over on my salt, it stall weight loss for me.

I just started to slow down about 2-3 weeks ago. I was losing a 1 lb a week when I restarted my journey in February. Now it's only .5 lbs a week. In the past I would have given up for sure. My bf has reminded me to look at big picture. We will get to our goals eventually:flowerforyou: .

Ripped in 30 is a great workout! I only do it 4 days a week and move on to the next level after the 7th day. I am on week 3 now and it is VERY challenging for me. However, I stay motivated because I notice the changing in my body. I may give Insanity a try when I'm done...
