  • I nanny a 8 and 6 year old, for exercise I'll take them to parks and have them ride their bikes around the trails while I run with them! It works great! I also take them hiking, it keeps them entertained and since they are having so much fun they don't have time to bicker and fight! All while I'm burning calories! :)
  • I try to only weigh myself once a week. I weigh myself in the mornings at the same time to get an accurate number of lbs lost. By the end of the day with the food you consumed that day you will weigh more.
  • I use the bullet. you can get it at costco. works great if your making smoothies or w.e for 1 person!
  • I love the zuppa toscana soup! very good and 170 calories. one bowl fills me up!
  • Trader Joes creamy tomato and red pepper soup! (Also just have creamy tomato) Only 100 calories per cup and very filling. Sooo good!
  • I'm on level 2, when I was on my 2nd day of the level 1, I thought my legs would snap if I went to sit down :) I pushed through, the pain is not bad once you start doing the workout, when it came to the squats I just went down as far as my legs would let me! =) hope this helps
