I can relate to a lot of this! I gained weight rapidly at the end of last year after going on a psych medication. I feel really gross so for the millionth time I'm on here. This time though I am close to losing 20lbs so far so fingers crossed x

I use both Ovia and Fertility Friend. I think Ovia is great if you aren't focusing so much on tracking temp because you can include lots of extra things like food eaten, water drunk, sleep etc but fertility friend is great if you are temping.

I can relate. I've been quite poorly lately and tend to crave things that probably aren't the best! I decided though that I wouldn't deny those cravings as such - mine was cheese - but I would work it in to my calorie goal. So when I wanted the cheese, I did have it but with a sensible portion and that seems to have worked…

That sounds really difficult and something I'm also looking at. My main point in replying was to say I always have almond milk [unsweetened] and actually find it completely okay. I favour it over other milks now as does my partner.

I think music is a big thing for me so I'll either put my headphones in and go for walk with the dog which I love or put headphones in and do loads of writing. I've found it helpful of MFP because I'm becoming more mindful of what I eat and I'm going to try and keep up to date with this by adding in any potential triggers…
