I can't give you people advice since I'm a bit of an introvert, but my sister swears by Zumba. If it's something you're interested in, go for it! More than likely, most of the people already in the class will be more than happy to welcome you in.

I've gone through three pairs of yoga pants ripping at the seams in the last year, so I finally broke down and weighed myself. I've never seen that number in the mirror.

I love my fur baby! :) Human babies... not for me. I'd prefer to send them home to their respective mommies when the day is finished. I'm a wonderful aunt though! Feel free to add me.

This makes me sad. I was an A/B cup all through high school. I'm a 36D right now. I wish I could keep them!!! :blushing:

If you're hungry before bed, there isn't any harm eating. The only problem I've ever had is that it seems to mess with my dreaming. Creepy, creepy dreams.

I went to look for a "like" button on this. Then I remembered I was in a forum, and not on Facebook.

Is 250 calories low calorie? If so, Snickers. At least, it was my craving for today.

It does the math for me. I'm quite happy with it so far. :)

I have asthma and anxiety too. I've learned that light cardio is actually very good at balancing all of the other triggers I have for my anxiety. I'm on Asmanex, and I started to gain weight after I was put on it which is ultimately why I hopped on MFP. If you watch your caloric intake, the medicine shouldn't make you gain…

I don't own a scale because I have a history of obsessive weight control (in my teens). I weigh myself once a week at my parents' house. It keeps me sane.

I haven't really given up anything either. I try to eat as few GMOs as reasonably possible, but that's just a personal preference. Not so much a losing weight thing. I added bacon into my diet for breakfast to add a bit more protein. (I really don't like eggs.)

You look so much happier in your after picture. Congratulations! :)

Drink lots of water. It will help you "drown" any cravings you might have. (Not a cure all, but it made it more bearable for me after I quit smoking.)

I'm not particularly "motivational" but I do log daily and I do click the like button on occasion. Feel free to add if you like.

Dancing and giggling. Lots of it.

I fractured my skull ten years ago after passing out from having my cartilage re-pierced. Oh... And I like cats.

I'm only here for the responses. :drinker:

Fruit and raw chocolate are good as healthier sweet alternatives. I control the rest of my diet so it's as clean as possible, and then I eat one or two servings of unnatural sweets (cookies or chocolate) as a small treat. I always go over on sugar, but for the most part, they're foods that produce sugar naturally. :)

As somewhat of an introvert, I'd consider you a perfect friend. Feel free to add me too!

This is fantastic! Congratulations. :)

(thank you all for the suggestions!)

I didn't even think about doubling up on the greek yogurt. Thank you! And quinoa, that is a wonderful idea!! :)

I have a friend who was diagnosed with celiac disease, and the doctor informed her of all of the things she needed to stay away from. He neglected to go over any personalized plan for healthy eating, and as a result, she was rushed to the hospital because her body went into starvation mode -- she wasn't getting enough fat…
