Though I don't need to, 100+ would be a trying feat for anyone so here's a genuine good luck to you all.

Part of reading comprehension involves non-selective reading. Context lets you fill in certain gaps, which is why I provided more than one quotation. "Anyone fought the Skinny Fat war and won?" Surely a war is something toward which one is against, as you said. That and just about everything else he said confirms the…

"Anyone fought the Skinny Fat war and won?" "Muscle Gain or Fat Loss" (Deciding whether to bulk or cut first) "I am trying to choose the best path for skinny fat" (To be read as "for tackling skinny fat") What room is there for confusion? He clearly wants to get rid of it. Stroutman81, you ought to be commended for being…

Weight fluctuates. Check it in the morning after a week. If it's still as you've described, you're underestimating how much you're eating and/or overestimating how much you're burned. No other explanation. Make sure you've updated your goal section for accuracy of the target numbers to which you're trying to adhere.

Starvation mode is a myth. Eating 200 fewer calories daily is an additional 0.4 pounds burned in one week (assuming 1270 granted you a 500 deficit). That isn't extreme; it's fine. Listen to your body and don't be scared to eat more should you want, but that is sustainable.

Entirely dependent on whether you're bulking, cutting or maintaining and how much potential mass you're willing to forgo. This is absolutely silly. It doesn't matter what you eat solely when it comes to the equation of losing weight but it matters what you eat when it comes to the consequences of overall health and body…

There's much more to carbs about which you ought to be worried when it comes to fast-food sourced meat. They spray a million chemicals on that garbage. Get it elsewhere if you value health. Just a tip, as you said.

Preach. Don't you guys get self-conscious permeating an entire area with pungent odor? Ew.

Salad = all carbs... Do you mean to say processed carbs?

Literally nothing. I want to enjoy my food. The opportunity to do so is wasted if I choose to eat during work. I want to eat in the comfort of my house with totally fresh meals. Don't know how people can stand packing food. Just the thought is disgusting.

Easy. Underestimate how much you burn and overestimate how much you consume - I'd say by 20%.

She said the following: "Ehhhhh. Some people lose weigh eating it and some people lose weight without it. So, hard to say." It isn't hard to say because science gives us an answer. The way she answered it and outlined the thread suggests consensus on the subject matters and/or it would become easier to say. It's not a…

Mix it with plain chicken broth, add veggies and spices and drink it as a hot soup.

I'll second this brand. I highly prefer the Extreme Chocolate Milk flavour, but they're all amazing. Anyway, if you want low fat: low carbs: high protein in something other than a powder: 1. Egg Whites 2. Chicken Breasts, skinless and boneless Simple.

If it's a cheat day, I never go over on caloric limit. I do, however, pay lesser mind to my macronutrient ratios, such that I don't mind having more carbs. That said, there would unequivocally be no junk food even after adjusting that. I might opt to have noodles and extra fruit or something.

How is this a personal question? It's unequivocally a scientific one, to which the answer is that no such evidence has been found in favour of breakfast augmenting metabolism more or less than a meal more spaced. If you wanted to ask a personal question about breakfast, it would be, "Do you find that breakfast personally…

A medium-sized apple and a large-sized peach. Tadaa.

HIIT is assessed by your heart rate. Insanity's circuit doesn't promote the heart rate intervals that are considered HIIT even if you personally feel it's high - it's not high enough if you're lasting 60 minutes 6 days a week.
-
Losing weight is mostly attributed to calorie expenditure and consumption. Body composition (burning fat) is not - what you eat matters. Microwaved and fast foods aren't going to help your composition whatsoever, even if you keep track of how much. How you adjust your macro-nutrients matter in terms of optimal results in…

For the general healthy person, no. In fact, it ought to be encouraged. You're either overestimating the time spent or overestimating what constitutes HIIT.

You can afford to treat yourself on a weekly basis because you burn more simply resting on a daily basis at that weight.
