Yeah, I've had situations like that. It's hard to figure out why I do that - sometimes I think it's my relief valve if I'm angry / unhappy with someone. Have you done any thinking on the why?

Good group - what I need. Night eating is absolutely the hardest for me. I can eat pretty well all day long - reasonable meals, small snacks to keep from feeling too hungry, etc. But once night comes all bets are off.
