Quinoa is a high protein, ancient grain that can replace many pastas and rices. I use it in many dishes including salads and pilafs as well as burgers, even flour can be made from it as a gluten-free subsitute. I just thought I would add this for the folks who weren't sure what quinoa was. Good luck!

I make protein pancakes. They are great for on the go and I make a batch at the beginning of the week and it is so easy.
