  • Before joining MFP I never ate breakfast so I am slowly adjusting to eating every morning. Lately my breakfast has been 1 cup of cheerios with 1/2 cup skim milk and a Kroger carbmaster yogurt. Keeps me full until lunch and isn't too bad calorie wise either.
