Thanks for the suggestions lipt8611. First I'd like to share that is very rare that I actually eat meat from Subway. My husband is a vegetarian so we usually spilt a veggie sandwich without cheese. Before joining MFP I never ate breakfast so I am slowly adjusting to eating every morning. Lately my breakfast has been 1 cup of cheerios with 1/2 cup skim milk and a Kroger carbmaster yogurt. Keeps me full until lunch and isn't too bad calorie wise either.
