Hi Sara, I'm in Neath so am local. Only started using this app yesterday so getting used to it. Just looked at your profile and noticed you've done really well at getting heathly. Keep up the good work! Do you go cycling/running around Neath. Neath canal is great for a bike ride, especially in this weather!
