Trying to wait until Saturday to test although I should have started by Tuesday at the latest. You know how cycles change tho. I have at slight cramping a couple times but only for a minutes. Who knows!

I lost a little less than 10% and got a period. They have all been like clock work since, and it's been 6 months. :happy:

I did two 5ks this month with family/friends of all different levels. We all know what our abilities are so we all split up as the race progressed. I think it works out best if you each go at your own pace and don't hold back for others. Of course we did discuss it ahead of time and all agreed upon it.

I've lost 30lbs with PCOS. It's been about 5 months so it isn't fast but a lot faster than I expected from hearing all the horror stories! Also after losing 16 pounds my periods came back and I've had 3 regular cycles without medication! It can be done. :happy: I'll see if I can post a few pictures tonight for comparision.…
