Just finished the Couch 2 5k program a week ago! My first 5k isn't until May 4th so hopefully I'll be faster by then! Any tips are appreciated! I'm between an 11:30-12 minute mile.

Same thing happened to me right about the same time. I was out for almost 3 weeks. I decided to pick up where I left off and I never had to repeat. I'd try where you left off and if it's too hard back up to week 3 again. Good Luck!

Graduated on Saturday!!! Felt so good to finish those 30 minutes!! Lost 21 pounds while doing the program. Now just have to find a 5k in my area and things will be complete!

I agree that I still have to eat some of the foods I love even if they aren't really healthy. I try to keep it within my calorie range tho so somedays I can't eat as much if I have my treat. Also earning extra calories thru exercise helps me keep on track and not feel to food deprived. I usually have 1 cheat meal a week…

Hey! I'm from Michigan too!!! I only run outside as I can't stand a treadmill! I run if it is in the high 20's and above. Anything below that I wait til the next day. I'm on W7D2, supposed to be Friday, but it's looking like high teens so maybe Saturday lol. Good Luck!!

I'm losing 1.5-2lbs most weeks. Eating 1200 calories. I run 3 times a week and eat back my exercise cals, which helps me to feel not to restricted.
