  • I prefer ice cream, which is not having any additives and sugar added. I mostly eat Breyers, you can get various different flavors like mint chip, strawberry, salted cream, vanilla etc.
  • I will go with full fat. Always make sure you are only taking good fats. Use good saturated oil only like pumpkin, walnut etc...

  • Why do you feeling like that. Food and exercise plays an important role in weight gaining and losing. Do not do too much exercise, but if you want to maintain your fitness, you have to do exercise regularly.
