I am on Low-calorie diet over 6 months, it really work for me. A vegetarian is really good for health, you have not so many options but yoghurt, smoothies,fruits salads, oatmeal are really good breakfast.

You don't need to leave it completely you can drink it is a normal way. but dont drink more then your need, keep it in modration. Remember, it also have high sugar level.

You can use many alternative if you don't afford to go for Gym. Like you can walk in stairs,it is also a good substitute of running. If you like dancing so you can dance 1 hour daily. Dancing is a complete exercise for our each and every body parts.

I will prefer Gym more because it is a human nature that when we know we have to go somewhere then we go daily and if we think that it is ok we will do workout daily in our home it is quiet not possible because it totally depends upon us.
