You can lose weight without exercise. Exercise makes you stronger, and it helps with motivation. Maybe you can try swimming or water walking.Water walking helped heal my knee after surgery. Watch your calories, and the weight will come off. I promise you!

After popping, you can spray with a cooking spray, and then season it. I really like to sprinkle Hidden Valley salad dressing powder on it. I also stovetop pop my pop corn with a teaspoon of oil mixed wih a small amt. of popcorn kernals, then sprinkle with my seasoning. This can be done in a paperbag in the microwave too.…

I cheated on my late husband; but I had my own reasons. I didn't share this with many people, but if I had and they dropped the friendship, so be it. They were not really a "close" friend, nor was it any of their business. I'd be better off without the "friendship".

Realize that there are no "bad" foods. There is not any specific diet program that will work for you. I started at 304 lbs, and I now weigh 181. I want to get to 150. I am 5'8". I lost all this weight after I turned 60. Only 30 more pounds to go, but I have a hunch it will be the hardest.
