I live in Hampshire, UK. We have local Holland and Barrett. They have Almond butter, cashew butter etc. I have had almond butter and it tastes yum. They also have some fantastic nuts and flour alternatives. Would recommend to give it try.

Well, I am vegetarian Indian, so we put spices in our food. Spices doesn't always means chilli. You can heat a tsp of low cal oil and add some cumin seeds/mustard seeds, let them pop and add your boiled/steamed veggies in it. It will taste amazing and doesn't involve much preparation. Level 1 Day 3 Done...It was much better today than first day. I took very little rest, but my strokes/jumps not as powerful as even the easier version. Hopefully I will build up to it slowly.
