  • Monday check in. Sept 4: 218.6 Sept 11: 213.8 Lost almost 5 lbs. That's half my goal! And officially one full week of keto. Still getting the hang of things and just got hit with the keto flu today (or maybe the Irma pressure). Either way I'm going to get some lite salt and magnesium tomorrow.
  • I just started keto yesterday. My goal for September is to give my body time to adjust to keto(I plan to add an exercise routine next month), stay under 30g carbs each day, and lose 10 lbs. I'll weigh in every Monday. SEPT 3 218
  • I have the charge hr and love it. I've been way more motivated since purchasing it back in april.

  • Charge HR is amazing IMO! It tracks steps, stairs, sleep, etc. has silent alarm. and it tracks calories burned more accurately because it also has a heart rate monitor.
