Well done you!!! I haven't lost any weight in a few weeks, but i have lost inches, well 1.5 inch to be exact. Im well happy lol, as the dresses i purchased 6 weeks ago, that i couldn't quite do up, now fit perfectly. Life is good........................................ ;-)

I also have a weekly cheat day, its something to look forward to. However, i do cut back slightly during the week to accommodate this and do extra exercise, so in the end i don't go over my calories by loads. Weirdly, i still seem to lose my 1/2 lb after!

You are supposed to eat back what you burn with exercise, however, you dont have to eat it all if you dont want to or it seems to much. What you have to remember is, although you feel like your not achieving anything by eating back what you exercise, you will lose weight gradually as you are converting all your spare fat…

You dont have too. Save the money you would spend at the gym for a nice treat later on. I swim at my local pool twice a week and log all the walking to school and back with my son. Even housework can be counted, but its your choice...

My health visitor recommended water tablets for just before during and just after my period. I dont know if i weigh less/more as i dont weigh during this time, but i sure feel less bloated!

I find it quite easy to still have treats and be in my calorie allowance, so dont feel the need to cheat YET! ;-)

Are you just taking notice of the calories, or are you taking into account fat, carbs and proteins? I was trying to explain to somebody that eating 3 chocolate bars lets just say for example they are 400 cals each & 70g fat (its an example), although you maybe still be within your daily calorie limit, you would be over…

This post is fabulous, i cant stop laughing. I keep touching my face and my bingo wings, as they are no way as wobbly as they were 2 week ago. Unfortunetley my thighs are still cottage cheesy, as somebody said, so i wont be touching those for a while. Well done everyone x

Losing 6 inches is fabulous, im not so bothered about pounds so much but seeing a shrinking waistline in inches is something to look forward to. Well done hope i do the same ;-)
