Hi! I'd love to join :smile: I'm 5'2" and currently 124. My short term goal is 120, and my longer term goal is 115. I previously lost 20 pounds on MFP and am back to lose the last 10 pounds :happy:

Checking in for Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday... worked out on Tues & Thurs, logged food/exercise all 3 days; I'm finding it difficult to keep desserts under 100 calories though but I've kept them under 150 calories all 3 days. This has been a crazy week, TGIF tomorrow!

Monday check in.. another great day like Sunday, logged food & exercise, walked 30 minutes and dessert was under 100 calories :happy: Ladygloria, I agree, the <100 calorie ice cream bars are great; ice cream is one of my biggest weaknesses :tongue: La_nanita, I've never heard of Mio :huh: .

I'm back for another week :smile: I've done great logging every day for the past 3 weeks, so today I reviewed my food logs and was surprised that I'm averaging over 300 calories of junk food everyday :noway: So, this is going to be really tough, but I'm going to limit myself this week to up to 100 calories a day of treats…

Checking in for Tuesday: logged food & exercise, completed a workout. The scale isn't budging :grumble: ; I changed my goal weight to possibly make it more do-able since I'm becoming frustrated. I think next week's goal will be to cut down on goodies.
