Haven't checked in for a while, but I've been walking :smile: Last week I did 3 one hour walks, and today one 50 minute walk.

Well I didn't meet my 7 week goal, but at least I'm down 3 pounds :bigsmile: For the challenge, I did one strength training, crazy week again.

I met the fruit challenge for the week :smile: but didn't lose any weight this week :grumble:

I met my March goal :happy: and was 5 minutes over :laugh: . WOW, NeuroticVirgo, 27 HOURS!!! :drinker: I barely made 10 hours :embarassed:

Well the scale is looking much better after being up 2 lbs after vacation; most of it must have been water weight :smile: I'm optimistic that I'll meet my goal this week. Great challenge this week; I've been meaning to take some classes so I'm looking at fitting in some abs classes and zumba and toning :happy:

3/19 check in.. Was on vacation this week; squeezed in 5 miles total (walking). Didn't do so great weight-wise, gained 2 pounds :grumble: Goal for 3/26: get back to 120.4

3/12 check in: 727 calories burned, met exercise challenge. :smile: Didn't meet my weight goal for this week, up .2 pound 120.4 :grumble: I'm on vacation next week so my goal will be to maintain at 120.4 for 3/19.

I finally met the minimum calories burned. I'm at 727 burned and done for this week, my legs are killing me :laugh: I wonder what challenge jitterbug has in store for us next week :huh:

After I had lost 20 pounds, I went out with my hubby to a club and the bouncer carded me! :noway: I hadn't been carded in years ~ I'm a mom of teenagers. Funny thing, my hubby took out his ID too and the bouncer looked at him and said "I don't need to see yours" (and he's a year younger than me.) :laugh: I've been carded…

I have decided to change my goal for March :embarassed: . Instead of walking 30 minutes every day, I'm going to commit to 30 minutes 4 days per week so that I can do toning exercise 2 days per week.

Saturday check in... Start weight: 123 3/5 goal weight 122 3/5 actual weight: 120.2 (exceeded goal by 1.8 pounds) 3/12 goal: 119.8 I had absolutely no chocolate :happy: . Last night, I even turned down cupcakes with chocolate icing :noway:
