The biggest reminder for me is that hubby can't seem to keep his hands off me. It's awesome! There are other reminders, of course, but that is the most fulfilling.

Great inspiration! And forgive my ignorance, but why would a 79 blood sugar (was it fasting?) be a problem for anyone? Is that super low or something? Mine usually runs around that number, and it has been lower. Granted, I don't have diabetes, but nobody has panicked over numbers around 80. Educate me.

alcohol is a well known bladder irritant. if you are now drinking more water than you were on top of drinking alcohol pretty heavily, then this may be the cause.

I think this depends on the person's metabolism, expectations, wanted rate of loss, etc. Also, if you are hungry on LCHF, you are probably not eating enough fat and/or calories for YOU. sausages with grilled pepper and onions, no bun burgers ought to be alright unless they hand pack them and use cracker or bread crumbs in them. just don't eat the bun. pickles turkey legs some pulled pork bbq with coleslaw (some sauces are sweet instead of vinegar based depending on where you live)...no bun

Here is my graph. Fluctuations are going to happen. I don't have my trendlines in here, but I have my goal line. See how I adjusted from about a 2 lb per week rate of loss, to a 1 lb per week, then a .5 lb per week rate of loss goal (red line). Then see how my weight loss actually progressed (blue line).

I've read some stuff about psoriasis being helped with Omega 3 fatty acids and a better ratio of them to Omega 6 in the diet. Don't have any science to back that up, though. It may be worth looking into.

I don't know...that's 800 calories in just butter alone each day. What about fats from other foods like meats and cheeses and heavy whipping cream? Will you get enough protein?
