Full agreement with everything the posters above me said. While you obviously are improving your endurance and cardiovascular health, you are also building a lot of muscle. Sometimes I freak out when I see my weight has spiked and then I remember it's muscle gain that comes before loss of body fat weight. Keep doing what…
