Yep, sometimes when I let my dog out, I am tempted to swing by the kitchen and see what's going on in there :) I try to think, in my half sleep state, 'are you hungry' or just doing an old habit???

Just about all day.... First thing in the morning, before breakfast, before work. While at work...we've just been given a 30 min exercise allowance at my full-time job. Then my part time gig at night is in a gym, so when it's slow....tah dah...workout again.

I have five. No spot was better or worse. Gets numb after awhile. For me it becomes more annoying than painful. I don't sit still for long periods of time w/o getting irritated lol. Good Luck!!

In my experience it overestimates a great deal. I know full well I am not burning the calories it calculates. I use a HRM (when working out) and a BMR (wear it non-stop except in water). A dog that I used to have (and no he didn't die from this) chewed up the remote and ate the two AAA batteries inside.

I was tired, tired, tired all the time. Not just drained tired or sleepy tired, but yuck, disgusting tired. I knew the junk I was eating was contributing to that feeling, not to mention my hips, waistline, etc. I also noticed I was avoiding mirrors and cameras, which was so not my personality. It was time for action.

I actually workout 7 days a week but only because I work part-time in a gym (5 days a week). The other 2 days I find something outdoors, mostly running. It's become something I didn't even realize until I saw this post and thought about it.

I use the ground turkey breast for turkey burgers, those patties that are already done. Never had any probs. But for dishes that call for ground meat I use the extra lean ground beef. I've had better results and fewer cals w/ that kind.

Different strategies for all. I play it by ear and log as I go on my phone. But either way, you just started, it gets way easier with time. Good Luck.

Full-time - Juvenile Probation Officer = Like Part-time - Assistant Manager in local gym = LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. I mean seriously you are going to pay me to help people and workout when I'm not....#winning (Not to mention a free membership because I am an employee #winningevenmore :)
