When you're standing still long enough do some squats (i.e. at the kitchen sink doing dishes). Or do some walking lunges throughout the house when getting around from room to room to do things.

^^^Exactly. I mean does he really see results that quickly in a once around the gym.

The who does a set puts them down, walks the entire gym looking at his arms in every mirror, at every angle, then returns to his weights, does another set and repeats the process.

Lately it's been around miles 3-4. Mile 2 is not shabby, mile 1 is still just horrible right now, but I'm working on it.

My office was just discussing starting some type of wellness program incorporating some 30 min a day exercise. Fortunately, my boss is not making us utilize our lunch break. These are excellent/interesting ideas. Thanks!

I agree with the boiled eggs and protein shakes. I boil probably about a half dozen eggs at a time...breakfast, lunch, salads, etc. For lunch and dinner, my schedule usually allows me to only cook on Sundays/Mondays, so I cook everything in those two days, prepare/measure, weigh, separate, freeze/refrigerate and then grab…

Good question and answers. I do not carry mine when running for a number of reasons, but some of the ways to conceal and links are something to look into. I am always concerned about safety as well, but as of now, I just carry a cllp on of pepper spray.
