^^ Yes, I was going to say the exact same thing. My headphones go on the second I walk into a gym, or go running, and I zone out the rest of the world. That moment becomes about me, the music, and my thoughts.

Really depends on their attitude. If they generally don't realize they're skipping, which happens often, then I may be inclined to politely make them aware. If it's sneaky or intentional, I'm definitely not letting that one slide.

Dancing is my favorite cardio exercise. Leg press or squats for strength.
