  • I'm a little behind in days and just did the soulmate workout yesterday - but I have to say that, right now anyway, my soulmate workout is definitely Chalean Extreme - it's one of few I've ever done where I wasn't watching the clock the entire time. :)
  • I actually lost inches (haven't totaled them up yet :)) and about 14 lbs. Most telling though, was in the progressive monthly photos - because I could actually see the changes. Well, that and the fact that my pants started falling off. Not a bad problem to have. :)
  • I'm actually starting another round (finished my first three months about three months ago and am starting again) tomorrow so I'm interested! Dakoerber - I've never tried WOWY though I've heard of it. How's it work?

  • Ah! Hadn't thought about using a heart rate monitor for that! Great idea. Too bad about having to enter it all manually though - I was hoping I just missed it. I mean, they do have counts for the Wii games, after all. :)
