  • You need to eat throughout the day, it keeps your metabolism up....once you start eating breakfast, working out, you will kick your metabollism in and then you will probably be hungry. There are days when I am eating all day long.....I workout pretty hard 6 days a week....and always carry snacks and water with me in case…

  • MFP all the way!!! WW is not as accurate.....losing weight is calories in/calories out! That is exactly what MFP counts....and it is free!! Why pay for WW when you will be guessing at points with exercise points, when MFP is free and is more accurate? Tell your friends they need to change over to MFP!! LOL!!
  • I got one at Christmas and LOVE it!! I am the only coffee drinker in my house, so I can make only 1 cup if I want or more than that if I want...I can mix flavors of coffee.....It is awesome and so worth the price! And FAST too!!

  • Eat 2 servings of fruit a day, veggies at lunch and dinner....make one meal have no bready carbs a day....I usually choose lunch b/c I can get a grilled chicken salad almost anywhere. Pure protein bars have 20 g of protein in them, protein shakes.....chicken....be careful w/nuts b/c they have a lot of calories....good luck!

  • I get up at 5 am and do not eat anything before I workout. I usually will eat by 8 am....unless my blood sugar drops, then I will eat a snack....1 tbls Peanut butter and 1 slice of bread. Otherwise I usually am pretty good until 8. Everyone is different!

  • I started buying portabella mushrooms to go with my hamburgers (96% fat free instead of 85%) instead of buns!! Love spaghetti squash instead of pasta!! No more graham crackers b/c I will over do it everytime! Especially when I put peanut butter and jelly on them!! Stopped buying them completely!!

  • I love cottage cheese with yogurt! I will mix it with fat free cherry yogurt, put fresh cherries in it and mix fiber one cereal in it! Protein, carbs and fiber!! SO tasty!!!
  • I love sugar free stuff. Sometimes I make toast with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray on bread, toast it and put 2 tbls of sugar free cherry jelly on it. Like 100 calories. Use high fiber low cal bread and it is a sweet tasty snack!
