I have put on 8 lbs in 2 days before!! You may need to potty....it could be fluid....don't stress, just take it day by day and do what you know is the right thing to do with food. It will probably be off by Sat at the latest.....

How much cardio is in it? Is it like the old P90 where there isn't a lot of cardio? I am a huge Insanity fan and just finished 30 days of Asylum. But still love Insanity the best!!

It says 115 NS. It is the silver flat scale. Love it b/c you can put the food in and know exactly how many calories are in the foods!! You can put a bowl on it and zero out the scale. Very nice and worth the money!!

I eat approx between 100 to 150 g of protein a day.....I have also heard .7 to 1 g per lb of body weight....it has helped me a lot to have an increase in my protein.....good luck!

Protein Shakes are awesome. You can find some with 130 cal and 30 g of protein. You can put it in your oatmeal in the am to get a boost. I also like the Pure Protein snack bars. Yeah....I am pro spenda/artificial sweetener and when I post on this type of stuff, the anti-artificical sweetener people jump all over me! So now I preface my posts by saying this is only for people who intake artificial sweeteners and I don't want hear anything negative! LOL! That usually keeps them away!

I would eat carbs/protein about an hour or an hour and a half before your race...I agree with the oatmeal. I like to put protein powder in with my oatmeal, a banana and mix some cinnamin in it....very tasty and great carbs! Good luck and have fun!!

I just did today!!! I ran my first 10K turkey trot today!!! Ran it in 1 hr and 7 min! Very proud!!

I do not eat back my exercise calories, but I eat more than what MFP tells me to eat. I zig zag my calories and at maintenance.....I eat as much as 2100 calories some days, as low as 1600 calories.....then I workout almost everyday. So whatever I exercise off I do not eat back. I save my popcorn for my night snack...I try to have something fun and something I enjoy b/c I have eaten all of my fruits and veggies and protein.....I try to have something to look forward too!! I don't want to eliminate my carbs at night! LOL!

I love egg beaters and Jeanno turkey bacon....1/2 cup of eggs and 2 slices of bacon is about 100 cal.....add 2 slices of 40 cal bread and sugar free jelly....another 60 cal.....perfect bacon/egg/toast breakfast!!

I like to mix yogurt with Fiber one cereal and sometimes fruit. I also like the Pure Protein bars....20 g of protein and 180 calories. PB2 peanut butter is powdered peanut butter. 3 tbls is 68 cal, and put it on one slice of 40 cal bread with sugar free jelly.....a little over 100 cal and very filling! Good luck!

I have 2 dinners to go to!!! And I plan on eating my grandmother's pecan pie and my mother in law's pumpkin pie! That is all I might eat! LOL!! But I am going to workout pretty hard that am....and get back on track the next day!!

Just do it!! If you can get through the soreness after the first week or 2, it gets better and you will not be sore anymore! Trust me!! You will be so happy when you are finished...I never stopped! I am now doing Asylum and will incorporate Insanity and Asylum when I am finished with my 30 days! I can't wait!!
