I know that this is an old posting but I was googling hiphopabs before and after pics and I came on to your results and I want to say that you did awesome. You're results were amazing and your waist line trimmed down a lot. You did a great job!!!! Belated Congrats!!!!

I've tried both and although I didn't finish combat I could tell you that the music is definitely better. It is more cardio based though. If you want strength I'd say CLX but if you want good music and to continue the kickboxing route combat is it.

I have an app on my ipod touch and mygym has wifi so I use the fitradio app. It has different genres and it pumps me up for my workout.

I just did the 5 Day Ultimate plan and I have to say it's the best Leslie video I've tried so far. The music is great and I love the new moves like the mambo and the punches.

I'm Jenn I've just started Ripped in 30 yesterday. I'm alternating it with Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds/ Walk at home dvds to get my cardio and to rest my muscles. So far I'm on day 2 and I'm sore. So that is all I have I have to run to class :) I might add stuff later :)

I'm around 8-9000 today, but what I've found that has been helping me get my steps in is if you have a Wii there is a video game called Walk it Out. I tried it once but couldn't continue my uterus was too wide (probably because of my daughter) it wouldn't stay in place and kept falling out so they had to take it out.

I know everyone already said Leslie Sansone and I have to say I agree. I wasn't over 300lbs when I started but I was 170lbs out of shape and didn't workout since leaving the military and even then I didn't workout as hard as I should have.
