Boulevardmto - We must learn to live life, still have a life and manage our weight. It is a hard thing to juggle. Glad you are here and moving forward. You are still down from your start and I think the gain this week will come right back off. I don't lose weight easily and it is a struggle for me. I am down a mere 1.5…

Hello all, I didn't weigh last week since I was out of town. however, there has been no change in weight for last two weeks. tomorrow, new game plan. 1. Exercise EVERY day. I started with a hike today. whoo hoo... I can get through the next 5 days with exercise. 2. no alcohol Monday through Friday. I am certain this is…

SW 188.1 (week 2 new scale). CW 178.8 I am not very thrilled with the slow movement of the scale. I have seen the scale drop to 178.1 and go back up to 178.8 this week and back up. However, the difference I feel in my jeans is great. My pants are fitting much better. Congrats everyone on your lose, and NSV's. They are all…

Awesome! So Proud of you!

Hi all, I bought a new scale middle of last week. One that shows the 10th's. Well I get it home and of course it says I weigh more than my old scale. Funny thing is, I have lost two pounds on it, and only one on my old scale. I was trying to figure out how to do this since I didn't want to show a gain, but in reality, I…

For me....everything in moderation. But I have a basic healthy eating lifestyle that I will try to stick to during the time. I did pass up donuts at a meeting today while I watched others have 2 each. I feel good for that alone! Although I want a second glass of wine I am going for herbal tea. I am limiting myself to 1…

In addition to saving calories....you are gonna save alot of money! :)

I gave up soda long ago. I used to be a total addict, then moved to diet soda when I was a teen. I eventually quit it, because I would drink a minimum of a 6 pack a day, or a 2 liter a day. It took me a while, but now I don't miss it. I drink ice tea if I go out to eat and want something other than water when others are…

My goals: Log Everyday....Everything! Stick to my MFP calorie allowance. Drink 8 - 8 oz glasses of water a day. Excercise a minimum of 30 minutes a day 5 X a week. Where my body bugg to measure calories burned for the 90 days. 90 days = approximately 12 weeks.....Lose 12 pounds in those 90 days. Don't set yourself up for…

When I am obsessed, I am checking in everyday, logging, and losing. When I am not losing, I go backwards. I have found these groups to help me alot. I don't want to lose 20 pounds in the next 90 days....I lose slowly. I like the idea of a 90 day commitment to exercise, log and have mini challenges. I loved your attitude…

I can relate. I am ready for the challenge. Down 40, up 20, down 1. Ready to lose those 19 repeat calories and 20 new ones! I don't do instagram, but would love to be part of your MFP challenge.

My goal is to fit in my exercise even when life is getting in the way. I have changed up my exercise to walking 3 days a week, plus jog/walk one day of the weekend. this is down from 6-7 days a week.....I feel it dwindling as my walking buddies bail, or I have had after work errands that interfere with exercise time.

I did jillian michaels 30 shred (found it free on youtube) didn't do it everyday like I should, but I was exercising 6 days a week, JM, and walking and my body composition changed more than that much weight would have changed. Search here from some jillian michaels 30 day shred results. You may focus on that instead of the…

I simply set a time to exercise everyday. Like an appointment, I need to be there. I change up what I am doing as far as exercise and I set goals. That is my motivation. I went from 0 exercise to exercising 5-6 days a week. On weekends, I look forward to a hike, a bike ride or a walk on the beach with my husband, with a…

Glad to see so many 5' 1" that are not setting there goal at 110! :) Just because I know that probably isn't real for me. My first goal is to get to under 150. Then....I will see somewhere between 135-140. I was at 140 before and wanted to get down to 135, but wasn't happy with my tummy pooch, so I hope this time around…

I can't believe how time flies. I am pleased that I have exercised each week and made goals that I stuck with. I haven't lost as much as I would like, but I know it is an ongoing journey. This may be the last week, but the journey will continue on forever for me. :-) I didn't do awful this week, but i wasn't 100% with…
