  • I used to have knee pain a lot as well. As I've dropped weight and gotten in better shape it's not as bad, but I still dislike doing high impact exercises. (especially squats) they kill my knees.   • Way to go! I love myfitnesspal on my Droid as well! I have tried in the past with little notebooks, etc. but never stuck with it. This program makes it so easy! Hope we all stick to our plan and achieve our goals!! :happy:
