Congratulations on your transformation! I also love weight lifting because I notice results way faster than doing cardio...and lifting is just fun! Keep up the great work...hard work definitely pays off in big ways!

Congrats to you!! That's an amazing transformation in such a short period of time!! Can I ask about your nutrition, exercise, and most important...what did you do to stay motivated!! My stats are VERY similar...5' 6" 182 # and wanting to get to my goal of 130 by Christmas. So any tips are much appreciated!!

It can be confusing, but when you record a workout with any mapmy app, it records the time of the workout and the calorie burn to mfp. If you also have fitbit syncing to mfp, it actually removes the calories burned for that timeframe on mfp under Fitbit calorie adjustment, because it has already recorded the calories…

5' 6" CW 181 - GW 125 ...been down to 137 but somehow let the scale take a huge leap. SMH :noway: Not looking back though and kicking myself any longer...I've done it before I can do it again...and I'm not afraid to earmark 125 as my ultimate goa cause I know I can do itl! Good luck to you!!
