Is there a way to do this without having to do crunches/ab work out? I train for half-marathons and just ran a full one all year long and I swear I lose fat in all my body, but my ab area! I realize these are vanity fat losses, but it's frustrating.

That's so awesome! I'm running my first marathon this coming Sunday. Hoping to average 15min/mile. I've never gone below 11.5min/mile with the half marathons I've ran. Great job!!
