Welcome - always looking for people to support & help support me. I also have a long haul but this site is really great for tracking food. My weight loss has been slower, but half the battle is at least tracking what I eat & when I exercise so I am not surprised by the scale. Wishing you lots of luck!

I don't follow weight watchers - but I do use skinnytaste.com for recipes which is weight watcher based. If I am going to track points - I might has well just pay attention to the actual calories in my opinion.

you can still love to eat, just a little differently! Moderation is tough but you better bet I still enjoy my deep fried dill pickle chips, just not nearly as often! :) Good Luck!

I was also just recently diagnosed with PCOS - while it's true the weight just doesn't melt off, it can be done. I switched to whole grains and try to follow a more low glycemic diet which has helped tremendously with cravings. I was just recently diagnosed with PCOS and started taking metformin - just starting the process of weight loss so while I can't give you any great tips just yet, I can definitely join you on your journey! Low GI is a great way to go and I have found that I am not nearly as 'snacky' by choosing whole wheat pasta, bread etc…

I went through that with my parents actually when I visited. I was just upfront and bought some items I was comfortable with, and had smaller portions of some comfort food I was comfortable eating. I heard some comments, but hey, it's my life. And it's yours - so I would say do what you need to do for you! What also helped…
