  • I wonder what your BMI is, It sounds like you are tall and maybe at a healthy weight. I think breaking through plataus can be very hard but I think the most important thing is to hang in and not get frustrated. Keeping up your routine, should do it,, energy in...energy out...Good luck!!

  • I wonder about adding protein to meals such as egg whites with breakfast, veggie burgers with lunch. Also you could try reduced fat string cheese, fat free yogurt, almonds are good protein, also with fat but the good kind. Good luck!!

  • Yes, it is amazing really with all the fad diets, etc... that what it actually comes down to is calories! burned and eaten.... Good job!
  • I have been doing it on and off for a while but consder me in and I will try to do it more often.. I was trying to figure out about how many calories to count it as but I know it depends a lot on energy level, etc. thanks!!

  • Do you keep a food diary? It is good to include your mood and actually put down where you are on the hunger scale from 1-10. goal of "5" which is satisfied without being overly full.
