I got really lucky and my gym is only about 10 minutes away. I usually go at 5:30 in the morning, but there is never traffic on the way there anyways. My gym is on the expensive side, but had everything I wanted so I felt it was worth it. There were some gyms that were half the price, but I just didn't see what I wanted…

Polar just came out with a new one that you might like! I love my Polar TF7 but it doesn't have GPS. Other models do however!

I use my polar FT7 and I love it! I'm 5'7" and 155 pounds currently with 20 pounds to go.

I usually burn 150 -175 calories for each half hour class. Wish it was more, but I love the class!

I have some days like this, and when that happens I make sure that I get out of the house. I usually go to the gym and have a nice workout. By the time I get home and shower, its time for bed! I get the luxury of burning extra calories and not eating everything in my house! :)

I felt that way on weight watchers. I recently quit for MFP because of all the exercise I started doing. Counting calories can be so flexible, don't give up!

Soooo addicted to these! I look forward to eating one everyday! But sometimes its hard deciding which one I want because I limit myself to one! (They're just so expensive and I was going into the Vitamin Shoppe too much.... haha)

I started last week by going to the gym at around 6 every morning to get in a workout before work. This week I am aiming to get there for 5:30am everyday in order to do the classes, which I find better than doing just the elliptical!
