11 December 2014 Karla: 9 The Binge: 2 Days binge-free: 3 Over ate by about 400 cal including a sugary trigger food, but managed to stop it before it progressed into a full on binge and talked myself out of driving to the store for more. Counting as a win!

1/3 cup fruit and nut muesli (kind of like granola for you american folk but with WAY less sugar) 50 mL home made yoghurt (no sugar type) 100 mL trim milk 1 med banana 1 coffee with trim milk 388 calories for breakfast EVERY morning! =) Keeping it simple.
