Jan 17 Me 17 B 0 DBF 17 1/3 workout @mae918 , a slow 7 km run as part of our annual Super Sevens fun run event - 7 weeks of 7 km runs.... was hard but felt good at the end. Had some chatter from the Binge today :( a case of 'must finish the plate' came into it, i had felt the full feelings but continued anyway...... easy…
