I am 61 and now a true believer in exercise !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My joints no longer hurt as much as they did and I know that weight loss has a lot to do with that,but the range of movement increases. It overall makes you feel so-o-o-o much better. I feel great.
