  • L2D2 completed! I needed the rest I took. My hip flexor was very tight and sore... I ran 5.2 miles on saturday and my legs were very sore from that and so today I got back in the saddle .... felt good to be back on the shred again; I felt invigorated after taking some time to rest because I have been really over exerting…

  • Pregnant women can consume an extra 500 calories a day... doubt that someone on their period can. I would look it up on WebMD or something similar. Also, nursing mothers only need about 500 extra calories a day so honestly those things are much more labor intensive on your body than your monthly cycle...

  • Me too! When I can't eat them all I usually get around half of them back (even on high burn days). I do A LOT of strength training.   • pluh.... So I just did day 2... I skipped a few days (not in my regular workouts but on 30 DS); no real excuses other than life got busy. I'm back though.   • Put my measurements and weight on there; I have some weight looming from the weekend; I drank too much and ate some not so great stuff, but I know it will come right back off when I drink enough water.... just gotta give it a few mornings. Looking forward to being HAWT by Halloween :happy:

  • I did 30DS d1L1 today and I really liked it. I also ran a tough 3 miles and then stretched with some yoga. I kicked my butt for sure.
