I was thinking the same thing! Make sure you don't drink so much that you "drown" yourself. You might be flushing all the salts and electrolytes out and it makes sense to me that doing that would make you hungry because your body is trying to get those nutrients back.

Completed everything. I did not do extra crunches today though; I did 100 bicycle crunches (which is really like 200) but anyways... and then in my class I completed a ton of crunches so I wasn't feeling it; mostly because I think I have strep throat... hopefully I'll be better tomorrow

If you don't feed your body, it will take what it needs from your muscles and then you working your muscles will be a moot point.
