  • I log it all... I love low calorie beers such as bud select 55 and mgd 64.... if I'm gonna have liquor I definitely limit how much because usually I drink those in margaritas or some other juice flavored or soda flavored cocktail, so those can add up....
  • Vanilla is great (not the no sugar added it's nasty) If you are concerned about the 90 calories and want to go to a 60 calorie version, stick with original... It's great too.... I love it in cereal but can and do drink it by itself or in smoothies or other drinks....
  • Keep doing the push-ups on your knees until you can do a long run of them (say 15 or 20). Once you can do those, then you should be able to come all the way down at least once. Once you get to that point, you can build up your strength by doing the full push-ups until you can't do them fully yet, and then go to your knees.…
  • Have you tried Angel Food Ministries... they have them all over the nation and they have healthy boxes of vegetables and healthy lean meats and whole grains. Also, buy fruits when they are on sale; you can always freeze them for smoothies and such... Many vegetables can also be frozen. If you know anyone that has a garden…

  • I definitely think you can lose weight with what you are eating. You seem to be eating enough good stuff to counter-balance the other things that have fats and carbs in them. What I would suggest is to make sure you are drinking enough water to help flush out the extra sodium in your system. Any time you eat things that…
  • You look fantastic! Congratulations on your success and NICE job on being determined and keeping up with your hard work!
  • I agree with you. I think you aren't truly that size if you can't wear them without spillage... Fret not, she's not truly a size 6... she is probably still a size 8 or higher :-)
  • Fantastic! That's a great NSV

  • amazing transformation! You are an inspirational motivator to everyone!
  • Fantastic! You look so different! I know you must be so happy and proud of yourself!
  • Need of help as well. I have a friend that used Vega Protein Powder, but that's a meal replacement and it costs A LOT. I would like something that I could use as both a meal replacement (with added ingredients such as fruit or peanut butter powder) or just by itself when I need it, like after some weight training or a hard…
  • Great advice! Thanks!
  • No. Do not confuse someone's own self esteem issues or them calling themselves overweight or fat being about what they think of you. We always are much more critical on ourselves than we are of others. I know where all of my "trouble" areas are, and I look directly at them; I don't look at most of the good things if I'm…

  • I can tell by your smile that you are much happier! You look fantastic! Congratulations on coming this far; your work has definitely paid off!
  • Awesome! I'm excited to finally be under 180 since having kids...
  • My goal weight is 129. I've been 129 before and was also muscular during that and I felt like I looked great. Once I get there, I might decide to lose 10 more pounds or so. I was the same height in highschool and weighed 103 and I always felt good and loved the way clothes looked on me, but I wasn't as muscular so I'm not…
  • You look fantastic! Great job! Very inspirational!
  • Congratulations! Your body finally let some weight go because it had enough intake and you didn't go to the gym this week much so it didn't feel the need to save anything. Congratulations on your huge loss! Glad you got through your plateau.
  • That's awesome! You look sooo much different! What a difference! Fantastic Job!
  • You look fantastic! Congratulations on how far you've come! What a wonderful achievement!
  • Probably around 125; I am muscular so 125 is pretty thin for me!
  • Oh, I would definitely try to strengthen your leg muscles to help support your leg without relying as much on your hamstring area. I would say adding some flexibility and strength training could do nothing but help!
  • try some cycling classes; that will help keep those same muscles working but without all of the impact. It helps my knee to cycle instead of run all of the time; although, the hamstring is obviously a different part of the leg, so I'm not sure how that would effect that injury exactly.
  • I'm in... I haven't really done any challenges and am really wanting to be in a better place this Christmas as opposed to all of the past 5 ones .... Anyways... I already have a goal in mind for Christmas in my signature.... hopefully I'll be able to surpass that :)
  • Try not to freak out if you fluctuate a few pounds (or even four) each week. Make sure you are weighing in at the same time each time. Typically in the morning, after a #2 (I know... TMI) is best.... Water retention can cause up to around 4 pounds of difference in your weight. If you drink a lot of water it is best to keep…
  • Just goes to show you, those people aren't really ready for what it takes to get into shape. If they aren't willing to work for it, they aren't going to be successful, not in the long term anyways. They want a quick fix... they want to start something in the Spring and be bathing suit ready in Summer. The people they want…
  • I'm 5'1.5" and I have closer to 50 pounds to lose...
  • What an amazing difference! You look amazing and what a great way to change your life and be healthy! Good for you! So happy for you!
