I've lost 20 pounds and have noticed that my belly is a lot looser and seems more jiggly when jumping around too. I wore a tight exercise top to Zumba today and was less conscious of the jiggling which I liked better. I take a day OFF every week or two where I don't worry about logging stuff and I eat whatever I want. It's not like I eat chocolate covered bacon all day, I just have what I want when I want (and it's probably less than what I would have eaten on an average day 5 months ago!). It helps keep me on track the rest of the time…

You might not be eating enough. Try raising your calories to 1400-1500 for a week and see if it makes a difference.

That actually sounds like a pretty good diet! You probably got lots of extra fluid from the juice and very little sodium so the loss have been water weight.

You could look up the calories in chicken broth & subtract that from the total for the soup.

Salads or wraps are nice and don't require cooking. Grill some extra chicken and save for the next day's dinner.

I'd go with changing your goal to less weight loss per week because it will automatically give you more every day & you won't have to worry about adding in the extra each day. Do some research online to see how many extra you should allow for it.
