I've lost 3.8 so far!! :) It's also day 3 of level 2 for me.

I just started today to prepare myself so that I can build endurance in October. It was fun!! Only had to take about a minute total of breaks. But boy my legs are sore. xD

I learned that my "I just don't have time to exercise" excuse was lame, since I have found the time to get all my homework done, practice the flute for at least 90 minutes a day, AND run every day. :)
