Hi Amber and welcome to MFP! Feel free to add me for support, I'm usually pretty diligent about keeping up with logging and posting. I know it can be hard to go at it alone. I roped one of my coworkers into doing fitness pal with me and it really helps with accountability. 15 lb in 3 months is totally reasonable...you can…

Hi Shamarea! Welcome to MFP! Feel free to add me for accountability if you'd like. What are some of your fitness goals?

You're not alone...I'm the same way. Although I list multiple reasons for using the treadmill instead of the great outdoors, anxiety is my number one reason. In addition to worrying about how people think I look, I also worry about my safety, which only increases my anxiety. If you love the fresh air, you could go hiking…

Consider double majoring in something fun (geology maybe?). You totally could have handled it. Take more chances with your looks. Wear the dress. Cut your hair. Go easy on the all-you-can-eat breakfasts at the dining hall. Honestly. Spend more time with your family. They won't be around forever. Invest your effort and…

All of you are very strong for staying active on MFP and working on your mental and physical health. <3 <3 Keep encouraging each other :) I struggle with anxiety and I flipflop between stress-eating and stress-starving (though it's usually the former). Very recently, I've started to decrease my caffeine intake and to try…

Hi and welcome to MFP! I, like you, have been on and off the health wagon. Fortunately I'm currently "on" but I'm always looking for motivation & accountability pals! Feel free to add me!

I'm trying to work off the last 10 also. I'm 5'0, 113. No one I'm friends with eats right or exercises and it can be really isolating...add me if you'd like!

I'm 5'0 too...being short makes binge eating so much worse! I'm 23, finishing up my first year of grad school. Feel free to add me!

Hi gals! 5'0, 113, 23F. I've been at this for almost a year now...feel free to add me!

Howdy, flexiblebliss! I too have had some mental health issues while in college (I just graduated though and am heading to graduate school for chemistry). I'm really into nature and outdoorsy activities, but I also love GoT, reading, and watching sports on TV (my guilty pleasure). I do a little bit of yoga when I find the…

Just graduated! Headed to grad school in the fall. Feel free to add :)

I'm a yoga newbie also! I took a class for health credit at my university a few years ago, so I have a good background in the fundamentals, just not a lot of practice. I intend to change that though! I'll friend you :)

I've been doing IIFYM for a while now and recently started counting calories to make myself more accountable. My best tip: if, at the end of the day you have had too many carbs and too few protein and fats, eat a few links of Jimmy Dean's maple turkey sausage (If you're not veggie, or all-natural dieting, of course!).…

I lost my dad when I was 20 and it completely de-railed my fitness. (I'm 22 and just now trying to change my bad habits) It can be so tough at times but you will find strength that you didn't know you had through your struggles. I believe in you!

I'm a college student too (well, just graduated but starting grad school this fall). It can be really tough with all the temptations that college has to offer. Hang in there though and feel free to add me! :)
