I count my carbs every day and I stay under 1400 calories. I stay between 50 to 100. If I want to loose weight a little faster I limit my carbs to 30 yo 50 for 3 or 4 days. The low calorie diet doesn't work for me, however my girlfriends do well with the low calorie diet. But you have to find what works for you. Good luck

hi, I have hypothyroidism as well. I am watching my carb and sugar intake... I totally understand your frustation... but hang in there, you are doing well.
