Hi! New to this...when I add my exercise (say running) it seems to double my extra calories on fitbit. I like some of the features on fitbit better than here, but I like the food diary better on this one. If I run or walk should I not enter it on MFP? But then does it sync with fitbit on to MFP? I'm stuck too at 178-180. It's been a good 1-2 months since I lost any weight. I also noticed that a gal a few posts up said she was at 1600 calories and it looked like her starting was 230, I'm also at 1600...is that too many?
